Online Loan Application

For convenience of our members, Loan services can now be applied online. There is a button for the online loan application and simply click it. Download your needed loan application form and fill it up accordingly and submit it to our office. There might be other requirements you should comply with by the time you submit personally your loan application.

Loan Application

Loans can only be applied 3 days after attending the Pre-membership seminar. This is to give time for the conduct of Credit Investigation (CI) and Background Investigation (BI) of our new members.

Pre-membership Seminar

To become a member, one must undergo a pre-membership seminar at BDMPC main office simultaneous to other BDMPC branch every Saturday at 1-5 pm These are the necessary fees to be paid on or before attending the pre-membership seminar:

-Membershio Fee--------- P 100.00

CATERING SERVICES:

1. For Four (4) hours – minimum catering booking for the 4^th floor is at least 50 pax for Regular Catering Menu & Buffet. Additional amount of P 500.00 shall be charged and if booking is held during night time. Likewise, if the number of participants is less than 50 pax, additional amount of P 500.00 shall be charged and P 1,000.00 if held during night time. However, if the number of participants booked is 50 pax and above for the Regular Catering Menu & Buffet, there is no more additional rental;

2. For Eight (8) hours booking – Minimum Catering booking for the 4^th floor is at least 80 pax for Regular Catering Menu & Buffet. Additional amount of P 1,000.00 if held during night time. Likewise, if the number of participants is less than 80 pax, additional amount of P 1,000.00 and P 1,500.00 if held during night time. However, if the number of participants booked is 80 pax and above, there is no more additional venue rental;

3. Fro the 3^rd floor ( St. Luke ) – Minimum catering booking is at least 40 pax regardless of the amount per cover chosen. If the number of participants is less than 40 pax additional amount of P250.00 if four (4) hours and P500.00 if eight (8) hours shall be charged if held during day time. However, if booking is held during night time, additional amount of P400.00 if four (4) hours and P700.00 it eight (8) hours.
